NTPC Mouda organized a two-day workshop on Value-Based Organizational Culture and Change Management recently. The workshop was conducted by Shri A.N. Verma, Former Executive Director (HR) of NTPC, along with Yogi Balkrishna Ji under the umbrella of Ontological Leadership Foundation.
Titled “Leading the Change,” the workshop was inaugurated by Shri Himmat Singh Chouhan, Business Unit Head of NTPC Mouda, who inspired the participants to extract the most from the workshop and prepare themselves to elevate the organization to new heights.
The workshop featured a combination of lectures and discussions, including ontological perspectives, case studies, role plays, outdoor activities, and experiential learning. This engaging format received wholehearted participation, and the workshop concluded with excellent feedback and key takeaways during the valedictory session.
