NTPC Limited’s Vindhyachal station has been honoured with the FAME National Award 2025-26 in the Diamond Category for Excellence in Women Empowerment, recognising its outstanding contribution towards inclusive growth and social transformation. The award was received by Mahtab Alam, Deputy General Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility and Rehabilitation and Resettlement, from Vinod Kandari in the presence of R.S. Verma and R.K. Chauhan. According to the company, this prestigious recognition highlights NTPC Vindhyachal’s impactful initiatives focused on empowering women through targeted education, skill development, healthcare access, community engagement, and sustainable livelihood generation.
