NTPC celebrated a moment of collective pride at the CII-EXIM Bank Business Excellence Awards 2025 as its Vindhyachal and Talcher Kaniha stations were honoured with the prestigious Platinum Award, reaffirming the company’s leadership in quality and operational excellence. At the Bengaluru summit, NTPC Vindhyachal not only secured the Platinum Award for the second consecutive year but also received a distinguished Jury Special Commendation, underscoring its continued transformation journey. The awards were received by Shri Debabrata Tripathy, GM (TS), and Shri Nilesh Nayan, Sr. Manager (P&S) from Vindhyachal, along with Shri Ch. Satya Rama Krishna, CGM (O&M), Shri Y. S. Rao, AGM (TS & IT), and Shri Guru Brahmachari, AGM (C&I/BE) from Talcher Kaniha. Assessed on the globally benchmarked EFQM Excellence Model, the CII-EXIM Awards recognise strategic maturity and sustained organisational performance, and NTPC’s dual Platinum wins this year further elevate its benchmark of excellence within the energy sector.
