Reaffirming its commitment to public health and community development, Khargone station of NTPC in Madhya Pradesh has supported distribution of Nutritional Kit to 100 TB patients in Khargone district, under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative. The programme was held in the gracious presence of Shri Gajendra Patel, Hon’ble Member of Parliament, Khargone and attended by officials of NTPC Khargone.
As part of the drive, a total of 600 ration kits were distributed to support patients’ recovery and for their overall well-being during the treatment of tuberculosis. These kits comprise essential food items and nutritional supplements necessary for boosting immunity.
The initiative reflects NTPC’s ongoing efforts to enhance healthcare outcomes in the communities through sustained CSR interventions. The program not only raised awareness about TB care and management but also highlighted the significance of multi-stakeholder collaboration in advancing national health objectives.
