NAGPUR. The township of NTPC Mouda Thermal Power Station was declared litter-free on the occasion of International Women’s Day 2026 as part of the “Mission Pariskar” cleanliness campaign under the ESG initiatives of NTPC Limited. To mark the occasion, a special programme titled “She Leads Mission Pariskar” was organised in which women employees and spouses participated in a walkathon from Mouda Haat to Gulmohar Garden and carried out a cleanliness drive while spreading awareness about maintaining a clean environment. The township had earlier been divided into 24 zones with committees of employees and family members leading regular cleanliness activities. Joseph Bastian, Head of Project at NTPC Mouda, appreciated the collective efforts of employees and residents and encouraged them to continue maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
