NTPC Limited has been recognized as one of the “World’s Best Employers 2024” in the Forbes World’s Best Employers 2024 List released on 8th October, 2024. NTPC is among the Top 500 companies in the world in this prestigious World ranking and is the only Indian Maharatna CPSE to figure in the list.
The World’s Best Employers are chosen each year (by Forbes in partnership with market research firm Statista), based on globally administered independent surveys completed by employees in over 50 countries around the world. The top employers are identified based on over 300,000 employee evaluations.
