NTPC has designed a unique program for our new Executive Trainees and those executives who are involved in Land Acquisition and Rehabilitation & Resettlement (R&R) in Coal Mining sites/ area, LA activities. Land Acquisition and Rehabilitation & Resettlement (R&R) in Coal Mining sites/ area, are perpetual in nature and a very important activity. The objective was sharing of practical experience by experienced ones and to keep the young ones equipped with Conceptual skills before they takes up the responsibility.
