NTPC Dadri has been awarded for co-firing the highest quantity of biomass in FY 2024–25 at the National Biomass Conference on ABC (Accelerating Biomass Co-firing).
The award was presented by Shri Pankaj Agarwal, Hon’ble Secretary of Power, to Shri K. Chandramouli, Executive Director & Head of Project (NTPC Dadri), in the esteemed presence of Shri Gurdeep Singh, CMD, NTPC. The event was organised by the National Mission on the use of Biomass in Thermal Power Plants (SAMARTH) on 10 June 2025 in New Delhi.
This recognition reflects the consistent efforts and commitment of NTPC Dadri in advancing biomass co-firing, reinforcing NTPC’s drive towards cleaner and more sustainable energy solutions.
