NEW DELHI. NTPC has won eight awards at the US-based Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards 2026, comprising five Gold, one Silver and two Bronze medals. The awards, announced on August 13, recognise NTPC’s achievements in human resource management, leadership development, talent management, learning, employee wellbeing and workforce transformation. NTPC secured Gold awards for its Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Strategy; an innovative Learning and Development Programme; Individual Development Planning; use of Games and Simulations for Learning; and Learning Experience Platform implementation. It also received Silver for an innovative HR Programme and Bronze awards for Succession and Career Management and Association Professional Development.
