BONGAIGAON. NTPC Bongaigaon has been honoured with the Apex India Safety, Quality and HR Awards 2025, recognising the station’s strong commitment to workplace safety, high-quality operational standards and employee development. The award was presented during the Apex India National Summit on Safety, Quality and HR Leadership held in Udaipur. Shri Rajeev Ranjan, AGM (Safety), received the award on behalf of the station from Princess Jahnavi Kumari Mewar, Major General (Retd.) P. K. Saighal and Dr. Avneesh Singh, all of whom shared insightful perspectives on leadership, safety culture and evolving quality frameworks within Indian industry.
This year’s summit, themed “Moving Together Towards Sustainable OHS and Quality Practices,” brought together experts and representatives from over 180 leading organisations, including ONGC, GAIL, Ultratech Cement, DLF Limited, Adani Limited, Godrej Properties and NTPC Limited. Shri Arnab Maitra, Head of Project, NTPC Bongaigaon, congratulated the Safety and HR teams for their consistent efforts in strengthening workplace systems, enhancing quality processes and fostering a people-focused environment. He commended the team for their dedication and reaffirmed the station’s commitment to continued operational excellence.
