NTPC Bongaigaon actively participated in the Vigilance Awareness Week from October 28 to November 3, 2024, under the theme “Culture of Integrity for Nature’s Prosperity.” The week commenced with a vigilance oath led by Shri Akhilesh Singh, Head of Project, alongside other key officials, emphasizing the need for ethical conduct and transparency within the organization. During the event, Shri Singh highlighted the importance of promoting a corruption-free society and encouraged employees to uphold integrity in their professional dealings. A separate oath-taking ceremony took place where Shri Debabrata Kar, GM (O&M), inspired engineers to commit to ethical practices, stressing vigilance as crucial for organizational success. Employees from various departments participated eagerly, showcasing their dedication to high governance standards. The week will also feature a variety of competitions and activities organized by the vigilance wing, aimed at enhancing awareness and reinforcing a culture of integrity within the organization.
