NTPC has been awarded “Technology Transfer Award 2022” in Generation Sector, by Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI), US for incorporating Assessment and Benchmarking Tool for Flexible Operations. The award was received by Shri Ramesh Babu V, Director (Operations), at a function held in Chicago, US on 19th September 2023.
The award recognizes leaders and innovators who have applied EPRI research and technology to produce significant results.
EPRI recognized that without NTPC’s leadership, engagement and support, the benefits of this tool would not have been realized.
