NEW DELHI. NSPCL recently organized its ‘Partners in Progress’ workshop, bringing together senior officials and representatives from the Workmen’s Union and Executive Associations across its Bhilai, Durgapur, and Rourkela units. The event served as a platform to strengthen collaboration and align efforts towards operational excellence and inclusive development.
The workshop was chaired by Shri Diwakar Kaushik, CEO, NSPCL, who emphasized the importance of open dialogue, mutual trust, and continuous improvement in achieving organizational goals.
A key highlight of the workshop was an engaging and insightful session on “Industrial Relations in the 21st Century” conducted by Shri Sharad Gangal, Senior Faculty at Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. The session focused on evolving dynamics in industrial relations and the need for adaptive leadership, inclusivity, and people-centric strategies.
