NSPCL organized the Partners in Progress workshop on 21st and 22nd June 2025. The workshop was attended by Senior Officials of NSPCL along with representatives from Workmen’s Union/ Executive Association from Bhilai/ Durgapur/ Rourkela units. The workshop / meeting was chaired by Sh. Diwakar Kaushik, CEO, NSPCL. An interactive session on Industrial Relations in 21st century was also conducted by Sh. Sharad Gangal, Sr. Faculty at TISS – Mumbai.
The workshop focused on fostering collaboration and continuous improvement across functions, reinforcing NSPCL’s commitment to inclusive growth and excellence.
