Pune, 21st October 2024 : Novotel Pune is proud to announce the appointment of Satish Vishwakarma as the Chief Engineer. With over 17 years of extensive experience in engineering management within the hospitality sector, Satish brings a wealth of knowledge in energy management, manpower optimization, project management, and sustainable building practices to the hotel.
Prior to joining Novotel Pune, Satish held several key positions at renowned hospitality establishments, including Jio World Centre, Taj Vivanta Hotel, Four Points by Sheraton, and JW Marriott Sahar Mumbai. His expertise spans across various facets of hotel engineering, including comprehensive energy management, preventive maintenance, MEP management, and compliance with statutory regulations.
Throughout his career, Satish has demonstrated strong leadership in driving operational efficiencies and ensuring superior guest satisfaction through sustainable engineering solutions. He has been instrumental in implementing training programs for teams, linking technical proficiency to career growth, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Satish holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Swami Vivekanand Institute of Management Science & Technology and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Meghdoot Technical College, Dadar, Mumbai
