The Board of NLC India Ltd in its meeting held has announced the incorporation of a Joint Venture Company with Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (RVUNL) with equity participation of the Company and RVUNL in the ratio of 74:26 for establishing, maintaining and operating 3 x 125 MW Lignite based Thermal Power Station.The JV plant is supposed to develop and operate lignite mines to meet the requirements of the Thermal Power Plant.
