NLC gets 5 star ranking from Ministry of Coal

NLC India Limited as got star rating, for its mine 2 and mine 1 are in first place in 5 star rankings in the country for the year 20-21 and 21-22 with Talabira and Barsingar also rated with 5 star rating in both the years by Ministry of Coal.

कर्नाटक सरकार ने लेबर कानूनों में बदलाव किया है। नए कानून के मुताबिक कर्नाटक में भी अब चीन की तर्ज पर दो शिफ्ट में काम होगा। इससे कर्नाटक में लेबर कानून देश में सबसे लचीला बन गया है। कर्नाटक की सरकार ने फैक्ट्रीज एक्ट में बदलाव किया है। इससे फैक्ट्रियों में 12 घंटे की शिफ्ट करने की अनुमति मिल गई है। पहले केवल नौ घंटे शिफ्ट की अनुमति थी। इससे महिलाओं के नाइट शिफ्ट में काम करने के नियमों को भी आसान बनाया गया है। नए कानून के मुताबिक एक हफ्ते में अधिकतम 48 घंटे काम की अनुमति है लेकिन तीन महीने के पीरियड में ओवरटाइम 75 घंटे से बढ़ाकर 145 घंटे कर दिया गया है। इससे दुनियाभर की कंपनियां वहां अपना मैन्यूफैक्चरिंग बेस बना सकती हैं। मैन्यूफैक्चरिंग को बढ़ावा देने के लिए सरकार प्रॉडक्शन लिंक्ड इनसेंटिव (PLI) लेकर आई है।
