MUMBAI: For the second consecutive year, NHPC has been honored with the CII HR Excellence Award (2025-26) for “Significant Achievement in HR Excellence.” The award recognizes NHPC’s advancements in upskilling, digitization, and diversity. CMD Shri Bhupender Gupta and Director (Personnel) Shri Uttam Lal credited the win to the team’s commitment to modernizing HR practices and strengthening corporate governance, marking the company’s successful move into an upgraded award category.
