NHAI Chairman Shri Santosh Kumar Yadav unveiled the corporate identity for its Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT); National Highways Infra Trust (#NHIT) yesterday in the presence of senior officials from NHAI and NHIT. With 190 investors and over 12,000 retail bondholders of its NCDs, NHIT has successfully monetized road assets worth Rs. 26,125 crore and has a diversified portfolio of 15 toll roads with an aggregate length of approx 1,525 kilometres, spread across 9 states. The new corporate identity will help NHIT to establish itself as a leading player in the InvIT space, playing a critical role in channelizing financial capital for further development of National Highway network across the country.
