NEW DELHI. The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has significantly boosted its asset monetisation efforts in FY 2025–26, crossing ₹28,300 crore through its InvIT and Toll-Operate-Transfer (TOT) models. A major achievement was the successful completion of InvIT Round-5, which raised ₹6,366.93 crore by monetising over 310 km of highway stretches in Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh for a 20-year concession, attracting long-term institutional investors.
