Mr. Atanu Bhowmick, Director In-Charge, Rourkela Steel Plant presented the coveted Nehru Vishista Karmachari Puraskar to 72 employees of RSP for the year 2023 during the Independence Day celebrations held at Ispat Stadium on 15th August 2024. The spouses of the award winners also accompanied them to the stage to receive the awards.
Each of the winners was presented with a certificate, award of Rs 10000/- that was added to their Sodexo Card and a gift.
It is worth mentioning here that the Nehru Vishista Karmachari Puraskar is presented every year on the occasion of the Independence Day. The employees are awarded for their exemplary contributions made towards the performance and production of the plant in terms of their commitment to duty, ingenuity and continued excellence in the respective areas of work.
