The week commenced with the administration of the Integrity Pledge by employees across the NCRTC offices and project sites. On this occasion, the Directors and senior officers emphasized the importance of staying vigilant, upholding integrity in personal conduct, and always acting in the public interest — values that have been an integral part of NCRTC’s culture since inception.
The theme for this year’s Vigilance Awareness Week, “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility,” was reflected through a series of thought-provoking sessions led by senior officers and industry experts. Various contests and interactive activities were also organized to encourage dialogue and awareness on issues related to integrity and vigilance.
