NOIDA. The Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI) successfully organised the 39th National Convention on Quality Concepts (NCQC–2025) at GL Bajaj Institute of Technology & Management, Greater Noida, from 19 to 21 December 2025, in association with its Delhi, Lucknow, and Gwalior Chapters. Setting new benchmarks, NCQC–2025 witnessed record participation with over 13,000 delegates, 2,300 case studies presented in physical mode, 250 in virtual mode, participation from more than 600 companies, and the conferment of over 40 QCFI–JUSE 5S–WCM certifications. This remarkable achievement was made possible through the collective efforts, dedication, and seamless coordination of 35 QCFI Chapters across the country, under the guidance of the QCFI Headquarters.
Aligned with the theme “Atmanirbhar Viksit Bharat,” the convention vividly demonstrated how quality concepts, people-driven excellence, and structured problem-solving can contribute meaningfully to national development. Through enthusiastic participation, insightful presentations, and engaging interactions, NCQC–2025 reaffirmed its core mission of fostering continuous improvement, employee involvement, and a strong culture of quality, highlighting that India’s quality movement is not only thriving but evolving with renewed relevance, energy, and impact.
