Nagpur: The Maharashtra government has signed a MoU worth Rs 6,500 crore with NBCC (India) Ltd and HUDCO to develop ‘New Nagpur as an International Business and Financial Centre (IBFC). The ambitious project will be executed in three phases over 15 years to address the city’s rapid population growth and rising infrastructure demands. With its proven expertise in large-scale urban development, NBCC will play a pivotal role in shaping ‘New Nagpur’ into a modern hub for business and finance, positioning the city as a key growth driver for Maharashtra and the country.
