NEW DELHI. NBCC (India) Ltd has taken a significant step forward in urban development by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd (HUDCO) to execute a series of transformative projects across Panchkula, Kaushambi, Ahmedabad, and New Delhi. The MoU was signed by K P Mahadevaswamy, Chairman and Managing Director of NBCC, and Sanjay Kulshrestha, Chairman and Managing Director of HUDCO, in the presence of senior officials from both organizations.
Under this strategic partnership, NBCC will lead the development of a commercial complex at Kaushambi in Ghaziabad, oversee the integrated redevelopment of HUDCO’s land parcel in Panchkula, construct new blocks at HUDCO’s Regional Office in Ahmedabad, and reconstruct residential flats at the Asian Games Village Complex in Delhi. These projects collectively represent a combined investment of over Rs.117 crore and will be executed on a turnkey basis by NBCC, showcasing its expertise in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.
This collaboration leverages NBCC’s proven capabilities in creating sustainable, energy-efficient, and innovative urban spaces, while complementing HUDCO’s extensive legacy in housing and urban development. By pooling their resources and strengths, NBCC and HUDCO aim to accelerate the creation of modern, people-centric environments that align with India’s vision for sustainable and smart cities.
