NEW DELHI. In a significant move towards strengthening organizational resilience, NBCC organized an intensive workshop on Risk Management for its senior leadership team. The session was conducted by Prof. (Dr.) Dewakar Goel, Chairman of Aero Academy of Aviation Science & Technology, and a renowned expert in the field.
The workshop saw active participation from over 40 senior executives, including General Managers and above, representing NBCC offices across the country.
Among the key attendees were Ms. Ruchi Agrawal, Chief General Manager – Finance, and Mr. Pawan Kumar, Executive Director – Risk Management, NBCC.
Prof. Goel brought a wealth of knowledge and insight to the session, which included engaging case studies, role plays, and group exercises. The hands-on approach provided participants with practical tools and strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks in their respective operational domains.
The workshop emphasized proactive risk culture and decision-making, equipping NBCC’s leadership with enhanced competencies to navigate the dynamic business environment with confidence.
