NBCC (India) Limited has entered into a landmark agreement with the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) to redevelop staff quarters in Old Rajinder Nagar and the Safdarjung Development Area (SDA). The Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), valued at Rs 775 Crore, mark the first-ever redevelopment collaboration between these two key urban bodies.

This partnership is a significant step forward for urban renewal in the national capital, focusing on modernizing government housing while meeting sustainability goals.
