NEW DELHI. Shri Naveen Srivastava, Director (Operations) of POWERGRID, has been conferred the prestigious IAM Global McKeown Award for Individual Achievement 2026 in London. Selected from global finalists spanning the UK, UAE, Qatar, Turkey, and Portugal, he was honored for his exceptional leadership in advancing asset management systems, implementing ISO 55001 standards, and driving digital innovations to strengthen India’s power transmission network.
He was recognized for his outstanding leadership in enhancing POWERGRID’s operational performance through the implementation of ISO 55001 standards, advanced digital initiatives, and globally benchmarked asset management practices. During the conference, which saw participation from over 25 countries, he also delivered a key technical presentation on driving digitalization and reliability-centered maintenance, underscoring POWERGRID’s commitment to strengthening India’s power transmission network through innovation and excellence.
