Govt of India has approved the appointment of Shri Mundkur S Kamath for the post of Managing Director (MD) of Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) . Presently, he is serving as Executive Director (Refinery) in the same organization.
Kamath is an alumnus of Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT) and TA Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), Manipal. After joining MRPL in July 1992, He has held various positions in the organisation . Prior to his appointment as Executive Director (Refinery) of MRPL on June 1, 2022, he was serving as Group General Manager (Technical Services) at MRPL.
