MRPL has bagged the Best Innovation in R&D (Refining Technology) Award at ETM 2025, Hyderabad .The award was presented by Shri Hardeep Singh Puri, Hon’ble Minister of Petroleum & Natural Gas, and received by Shri Nandakumar V. Pillai (Director–Refinery) and the MRPL Innovation Centre team.
The award recognizes MRPL’s breakthrough “Gradual Olefins and Aromatic Technology (GOAT)”, an indigenously developed Crude-to-Chemicals process enhancing energy efficiency and sustainability.
