Mr. Sudip Pal Chowdhury, Executive Director (Projects), Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP), was felicitated as an Eminent Engineer by the Institution of Engineers (India) at the 39th National Convention of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers. The event, which also included a National Seminar on the Internet of Things (IoT), was held at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Rourkela.
The award was conferred upon Mr. Pal Chowdhury in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the field of engineering and project management. With a distinguished career spanning over three decades, Sri Palchowdhury has played a pivotal role in driving key industrial projects and technological advancements in the steel sector. His leadership and expertise have been instrumental in the successful implementation of numerous strategic initiatives at RSP.
