NEW DELHI. The Ministry of Tourism has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Google India Pvt. Ltd. to strengthen the digital promotion of India’s tourism destinations through advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, data analytics, and digital platforms. The MoU was exchanged in New Delhi in the presence of Union Minister for Tourism and Culture Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, marking a significant step towards enhancing India’s global tourism outreach. Highlighting the transformative role of digital technologies, the Minister said the partnership will create immersive experiences that showcase India’s rich cultural heritage, natural beauty, and diverse attractions to global audiences, while supporting the government’s Incredible India campaign and making the country a more accessible and attractive destination for international travellers.
