A marathon training on capacity building, focusing on HR policies, was held at our corporate headquarters in Kolkata. Our Director (P&IR), Shri Vinay Ranjan, and CVO, Shri Brajesh Kumar Tripathy, graced the occasion and shared their valuable insights on the latest in HR capacity building and spoke on the need to strengthen HR policies and practices.
In alignment with the directives of the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC), we regularly organize Marathon Training Sessions on Capacity Building as part of our preventive vigilance initiatives. These sessions aim to increase employees’ awareness of the company’s rules and regulations, fostering a culture of compliance and integrity.
