Shri PM Prasad, Chairman, Coal India inaugurated a 2-day Workshop-cum-Leadership Retreat “Manthan 2.0” – A journey of building a sustainable competitive edge for Coal India.
Besides laying emphasis on R&D in business processes, the Chairman Coal India stressed on need to invest more in learning and development of officers and staff in Coal India Limited & subsidiaries.
Shri OP Singh, CMD, MCL, Shri Vinay Ranjan, Director (P&IR), Coal India, Shri Keshav Rao, DP, MCL and Dr Kamakshi Raman, ED, IICM were present at the inaugural ceremony of the work, which is being attended by the Directors from all the subsidiaries of Coal India.
