NEW DELHI. Shri Manoj Kumar Sharma has assumed charge as Director (Projects), GAIL (India) Limited. He brings over three decades of experience across hydrocarbon infrastructure, with expertise spanning design and engineering, project management, procurement, construction, operations and maintenance, business development and cost optimisation.
Prior to joining GAIL, Shri Sharma served as Executive Director and Regional Head, Eastern Region Pipelines, at Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), overseeing operations, maintenance, construction and City Gas Distribution activities across five states and a pipeline network of over 5,700 km. His extensive leadership and project experience are expected to support GAIL’s growth, innovation and transformation in the evolving energy sector.
