In a significant move to strengthen capacity-building for civil servants in Jammu & Kashmir, the Government, the Capacity Building Commission (CBC), and Karmayogi Bharat signed a tripartite MoU on August 5, 2025, in Srinagar. The agreement aims to institutionalize Mission Karmayogi across the region by promoting structured, role-based, and continuous learning through the iGOT Karmayogi platform, fostering a citizen-centric and future-ready civil service ecosystem.
During the event, Shri Atal Dulloo, Chief Secretary of J&K, emphasized the government’s commitment to enhancing governance through capacity building. Senior officials from CBC, IMPARD, and Karmayogi Bharat demonstrated the iGOT platform’s features and discussed plans for onboarding officials across departments. The MoU marks the beginning of a collaborative effort to create a digitally empowered, dynamic public workforce aligned with the vision of Mission Karmayogi, aiming for more effective, transparent, and citizen-oriented governance in the region.
