Smt. Varnali Deka, Deputy Commissioner, Kokrajhar was invited as Chief Guest being a positive role model and a sign of women empowerment in the society.
Smt. Varnali Deka, in her address spoke on the theme of international Women’s Day 2023- “DigitALL: Innovation and technology for gender equality” and also asked the participants of the program to perform the gesture of International Women’s Day 2023’s hashtag “#EmbraceEquity”.
