SECI and NSEFI organized a two-day international conference on solar thermal technologies, focusing on integrating solar thermal and concentrated solar power storage with renewable technologies. Inaugurated by MNRE Secretary Bhupinder Singh Bhalla, SECI CMD, RP Gupta, and NSEFI Director General Deepak Gupta, the conference aimed to understand global trends in solar thermal tech, integration with renewable power sources, storage applications, and their potential in India. Bhalla highlighted India’s progress in solar PV and emphasized the role of solar thermal/CSP in achieving reliable and emission-free generation.
