During Second Ranjit Kumar Dutta Leadership Lecture series organized by Centre for Management Studies, Dibrugarh University , CMD EIL Ms Vartika Shukla delivered a lecture.While highlighting various traits of leadership, she spoke of the importance of decision making, on keeping things simple and the importance of innovation even in mundane tasks. The event was also graced by MD of BCPL , Reep Hazarika , MD of NRL Bhaskar Jyoti Phukan and senior officers from BCPL, NRL and EIL .
