NEW DELHI: Infrastructure Finance Company Ltd recorded a disbursement of Rs 22,356 crore in 2023-24 (Apr-Mar), up 62% year-on-year, reflecting the increased demand for longer tenure financing in the infrastructure sector. On a consolidated basis cumulative disbursement stood at about Rs 1.48 lakh crore as on March 2024.
“The proportion of completed and operational assets has been growing and this class has now emerged well as an investment class for fresh categories of investors, both domestic and global and more particularly global investors,” said Padmanabhan Raja Jaishankar, Managing Director, IIFCL, in a post earnings press conference.
