The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) has inked a significant MoU with Lean Campus Startups (Trust) & WEICI India, marking a collaborative effort to empower both corporate and women entrepreneurs. Dr. Lata Suresh, representing IICA, and Mr. Umesh Rathod, representing Lean Campus Startups (Founder), formalized the agreement. The partnership aims to enhance the knowledge, skills, and competencies of entrepreneurs in effective workforce establishment and management. Dr. Suresh stressed the inclusive empowerment of entrepreneurs, encompassing corporate and women sectors, providing resources, training, mentorship, and support.
Mr. Umesh Rathod Rathod highlighted the collaboration’s focus on equipping entrepreneurs with tools for diverse workforce management, with tailored programs including workshops, training, networking, and mentorship opportunities.
