NEW DELHI. The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs has renewed its Memorandum of Understanding with NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, for another five years to strengthen academic collaboration, research, publications and capacity building initiatives. The MoU was signed by Gyaneshwar Kumar Singh, Director General and CEO of IICA, and Prof. Srikrishna Deva Rao, Vice-Chancellor of NALSAR, in the presence of senior faculty members from both institutions. The partnership will promote faculty and student exchanges, joint research projects, consultancy services, and the organisation of seminars and workshops. A key achievement of the collaboration has been the two-year residential LL.M. programme in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws, which has trained 138 students across three batches, combining academic excellence with industry exposure in Hyderabad and New Delhi.
