The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) successfully conducted the Campus Immersion of its Valuation Certificate Programme, emphasizing practical learning and industry engagement. The program began with a welcome address by Dr. Niraj Gupta, Head of the School of Finance and Management and Course Director, highlighting the significance of the initiative. FCA Rajiv Singh, Director at RS Valuation Services and Course Director, elaborated on the course’s holistic structure and its role in shaping the valuation ecosystem. Shri Gyaneshwar Kumar Singh, DG & CEO of IICA, also interacted with participants, offering motivation and guidance. The immersion aimed to enhance participants’ competencies in real-world valuation and foster networking with peers and industry experts. A total of 21 expert-led sessions were delivered, covering diverse topics such as Valuation of Real Options, Derivatives, Start-Ups, Banks, Intangible Assets, Insurance Companies, IBC Valuation, FEMA-related valuations, and UA intricacies—ensuring a well-rounded, practical perspective on contemporary valuation practices.
