The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), in collaboration with NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, welcomed the second batch of the LL.M. in Insolvency & Bankruptcy Law (2024–26). During the orientation program, DG & CEO Shri Gyaneshwar Kumar Singh shared insights on the inception of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), its role in addressing NPAs, and provided guidance on dissertations and emerging trends in insolvency jurisprudence.
