The Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO) recently concluded a dynamic two-day workshop titled “Leading the Change,” specifically designed for its frontline and middle management teams. The intensive sessions were curated to equip emerging leaders with the tools necessary to navigate evolving industry landscapes and drive organizational growth. The workshop focused on blending professional management strategies with personal leadership development to foster a proactive work culture within the cooperative.

The program featured a unique collaborative approach, led by Shri Amarnath Verma, Former Executive Director (HR) of NTPC, and the spiritual guidance of Yogi Balkrishna Ji.
