HPCL Launches ‘No Bill No Pay’ Initiative to Boost Transparency in Fuel Transactions

JAIPUR: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has launched the ‘No Bill No Pay’ initiative, becoming the first oil marketing company in India to introduce a customer-focused campaign aimed at strengthening consumer rights and enhancing transparency in fuel transactions. The initiative was launched by Amit Garg, Director (Marketing), HPCL, in the presence of Manish Tandon, Zonal Head, Jaipur Zone, and members of the Jaipur Retail Region team at M/s HP Centre (COMCO), Vidyadhar Nagar, Jaipur, on June 9. Through this initiative, HPCL is encouraging customers to insist on a printed bill for every fuel purchase, promoting greater transparency, accountability and improved service standards across its retail network. The company said the move will empower consumers, ensure transaction authenticity and further strengthen trust between customers and fuel stations.
