Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) informed that the company’s Corporate logo has been declared as a Well Know Trademark by the Registrar of Trademarks. HPCL became the first PSU among Oil Marketing Companies in India to have this recognition.
The company states that “This status grants a higher degree of protection and they are safeguarded against the vices of infringement, counterfeiting, and even bonafide use by third parties.
