HCL Felicitates Former NMDC Director Rabindra Singh

KOLKATA: Hindustan Copper Limited felicitated Mr Rabindra Singh, Former Director (Personnel) of NMDC Limited, during his visit to the HCL Corporate Office on 18 November 2025.
