NEW DELHI. Russian aircraft manufacturer Yakovlev has signed a preliminary agreement with Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, marking the beginning of a new collaboration in the civil aviation sector. Confirming the development, Yakovlev Deputy General Director Alexander Dolotovsky said that while specific details of the agreement could not be disclosed at this stage, the partnership reflects strong mutual confidence. He described HAL as a responsible and reliable partner, adding that the agreement signals an important step towards deeper cooperation between the two aerospace companies.
