Hindustan Aeronautics Limited stated that Shri C B Ananthakrishnan gets an extension of additional charge for the post of CMD of the Company for six months w.e.f. 1st February 2024 or till the regular incumbent joins the post, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
The company in its BSE Filling mentioned that the Ministry of Defence has conveyed the ex-post facto approval of the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) for the extension of additional charge for the post of Chairman & Managing Director of the Company to Shri C B Ananthakrishnan, Director (Finance) of the Company.
